GoogleHaving no experience with letting and liaising with estate agents and landlords before, Ezgi from April Properties made it so easy for me. GoogleEzgi and her team were great. They were super flexible and helpful all throughout. I had it on with purplebricks who didn't seem to care as they get their payment in advance regardless of sale. Ezgi recommended a few changes immediately which made a huge difference and got way more viewings and offers. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI recently rented a flat through AP, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The property was not cleaned properly before my move-in, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning it myself. Additionally, there were communication issues between AP and the landlord, which resulted in an agreement being made that the landlord did not honor after the contract was signed by all parties. I was also disappointed to find out that the landlord was using the storage room in the flat, which was not disclosed to me prior to move-in and caused me inconvenience when trying to have it removed. In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed, even for essential repairs like the fridge and heating not working. To make matters worse, AP tried to blame me for damage to an item that I did not break and implied that damages listed in the checked-in report were caused by me. Overall, my experience with AP was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this property agency for their housing needs.

GoogleReally informative and helpful, Esen did a lovely job showing us the property and keeping us informed of all the details. Going the extra mile to help us find the right property we are looking for, and accommodating to our exact needs. It's really hard to find this kind of service in real estate and property management these days, so it was such a delight to have someone like Esen give us such a wonderful experience. Thank you very much! April Properties provides a professional service that is very much needed in the current climate of property in London.

GoogleReally great service from first point of contact with Ezgi, who was very friendly and honest when showing us around and wasn’t your typical agent that’s just trying to rent the house to whoever pays the most. Then Ela took us through the whole process and right to the end, she did a great job in making the process easy for us. Ela really did everything correct from their side and helped us with every bit of getting our foot into our home. Very friendly service and nothing I could complain about.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Esen and Ezgi from April properties for a few weeks and have found them fantastic to deal with. I was relocating from West to East London during a busy and stressful period and found an ideal property with very little fuss. They were both extremely helpful and approachable during the whole process. They are also very clear and honest and there have been no nasty surprises! I highly reommend using them.
