I had a really positive experience renting through April Properties. Eric and Esen were both friendly, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. They made the whole process feel straightforward and much less stressful than I expected. I’m currently renting with them and have been very happy so far. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in London.

GoogleREMOVE for sale board. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

Unfortunately, as a small family-run business, we had a couple of days where members of our team were off sick, which caused some delay in responding. We absolutely did not mean to ignore you, and we apologise if it came across that way. The board removal was ordered on Tuesday as soon as we were able to process it. We have acted in good faith throughout and always aim to deal with matters as quickly and professionally as possible. We’re disappointed that the review was left without further contact, as a quick phone call would have allowed us to explain and resolve the situation immediately. GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with April properties, they are a family run independent, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. In a market where so many agents are focusing on style over substance, April are able to deliver both comfortably! When I invited Ezgi to value the property, she provided fantastic advice on the market, ways to present the property and the advert that was created looked exceptional! They turned the marketing around very quickly and also secured a buyer within a week of putting the property on the market. Once the property was under offer, we had a few bumps in the road (none of this being the agents fault) and they were able to keep me calm and ensure we proceeded to exchange of contracts within realistic timescales. The market has been tough recently and it also seems that buyers in London are becoming more and more demanding, I was so grateful to find April properties and have their help and guidance throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thank you again for all your help.

GoogleAfter managing another estate agent for a number of years, the team at April Properties were a breath of fresh air and I can't speak highly enough of them for the way they communicated and managed the renting of my property to new tenants. Ezgi, Esen, Erik and Ela are all proactive, friendly and informative, were patient with my many questions and were helpful with advising on prospective tenants. They are doing a great job in terms of checking the property and the tenants seem happy with their service too.
