GoogleProperty was decent and good, but we wanted a 2 bed flat. However Ela guided us well in viewing the property , she had given each and every details of the property and how it will be benefit to us . If we are trying to look in an investment property, this property has good value and she made us very comfortable during her task .

GoogleTo say it has been refreshing to have Esen as the property manager for our rental is an understatement. Esen has been more than helpful to us on numerous occasions, always going above and beyond in a polite, professional and efficient manner. Would certainly recommend renting or purchasing a property via her.

TrustpilotGreat lettings agent
Esen was great in showing us around when we came to view a property. Her enthusiasm and passion resonated and in turn made us want the property even more. The great thing with Esen was that she was concise, knew what she was talking about and answered any and all questions with the utmost confidence.Hope all viewings in future go in a similar quick precise fashion-Rej and Lily

GoogleApril and our agent Ela was really responsive and helpful in the sometimes tricky process of buying our new home. We decided to use April for the sale of our old property to keep everything in one place and it really helped as Ela managed everything related to the sale for us and there was never any issue getting information.

GoogleEzgy was amazing with us, she walked us through everything. At the end we couldn’t get it but It would have been our first time renting a whole apartment and she was very patient and nice trying to make everything smooth and easy for us. I really had a great experience and I would feel safe if I had to rent from April Properties.

GoogleLetting my property with April has so far been a very positive experience. I don't live locally and Ezgi so needed a lot of help with logistical issues around getting my flat ready. Ezgi went the extra mile in making the whole process easy and stress free. She really couldn't have been more helpful. As this is my first time letting a property out I also appreciate the advice and guidance I got. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotCommunicative and collaborative
While we await the next steps on our purchase, Eleonora and the team at April Properties have been a marked difference from every agent we’ve encountered in our search for a home. We’ve been looking since June 2022 and felt pretty hopeless before engaging with Eleonora and the team. They’ve really been incredibly helpful in navigating the purchase in a way that feels honest, forthcoming and friendly.

TrustpilotHighly recommend!
We've truly had a great experience with April Properties. My flatmates and I moved into a flat in Homerton one month ago, and even during the pandemic, our agent Ezgi has been super efficient in getting us the help we need when we've had minor maintenance issues. I'm always a bit sceptical of agencies and landlords as I've had experiences in the past where they've tried to take advantage of us as young tenants with limited renting experience. As a result of this, prior to moving into our flat managed by April properties, I had MANY questions to ask, which were probably tedious, but Ezgi sympathised, was patient, and thoroughly answered our questions. There's a reason this agency has such good reviews! We're super happy with our place and our experience.

GoogleApril Properties were very professional in helping us rent a house in Leytonstone. We moved from Europe to UK for the first time and it was not easy for us arranging everything from abroad, but Edward and team were quite flexible and ensured us a smooth move right from the viewing to document collection/verification and handing in over the keys! They handed us useful information on house rules etc thereby relieving the stress and fear of a completely new place. The storm was the only bad thing on our arrival and they quite helped on that too by warming up the house a bit for us before we arrived! Edward was also very thoughtful checking on us every now and then to ensure we were fine with the house and also gave us some very helpful information on the neighborhood! Indeed that was a warm welcome and seamless move for us! Would recommend their service definitely.

GoogleSuper helpful team! I cannot thank April Lettings enough for all their help and support in helping me find my dream property. I met Ezgi when I went for a viewing. She was very professional and happy to answer any questions i had. She managed to contact the landlord and accept my offer the same day - bear in mind this was on a Saturday at around 4pm! The contract and references process only took two days, with the help of Gintare - another member of the wonderful team at April Lettings. It was a very simple process and stress-free. Upon collecting my keys, I was presented with a booklet about the property and all the required certificates. The extra time and effort that they put into making sure the process is as easy as possible does not go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend finding a property with Ezgi and her team at April Properties to find yourself the perfect place to call a home.

TrustpilotApril Properties are the best in market!
April Properties were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are the most tentative and caring estate agency I have ever come across and were extremely helpful and efficient when going through the process of buying my first property. Mathew and Egzi managed to alleviate all stress by catering to our every need. If you are looking to either buy or sell a house, in the East London area, choose April Properties. They are the most honest and professional agents in the market.

GoogleEzgi (April’s Properties) has been so amazing! She has assisted me throughout the stressful journey when purchasing my property. I’ve had dealings with other Agents and I found them to be very rude, however Ezgi was the complete opposite - she was kind, loving and understand and is very supportive. I would recommend anyone selling or renting their property to be in touch with April’s Properties - as I found them to be very professional. Ezgi - Again, Thank you so much for your help! Rahi :)

GoogleHad a viewing about two weeks back and the response was brilliant , I had appointment booked on same day , usually agents take atleast a week to have any viewings and you don’t get response back but these guys will follow up with different options which is great. A big thanks to Ela.

TrustpilotHighly professional and friendly service
We worked with April Properties for both renting out and selling our property. It was our first experience in both areas, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The team were wonderful: friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything and answer our numerous questions. I highly recommend them if you're considering letting out or selling your property. Ezgi, Esen, and Erik, we can't thank you enough. Wishing you all the best.
