Simply the best!

Ezgi found a buyer for our property after just 3 weeks of signing up with April Estate agents which is amazing considering that we were with a previous estate agent for almost a year who could not find us a reliable buyer. I highly recomend April Estates Agents who gave us a high quality service, very professional and caring. Ezgi went the extra mile to help us sell our property. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. Great experience overall. Contacted April Properties from overseas. Communication was fast and clear right from the beginning. Ezgi and Edward were very responsive to any questions we had. Got an excellent video tour, showing everything we needed to see. After moving in, we also received very helpful advice on setting up our utilities, as this was new to us coming from overseas.
