GoogleUpon looking for a flat I have encountered a few issues with other agencies along the way. At the time it was a struggle to even get a viewing lined up. It was a huge surprise to me as normally you reach out to lettings agents and then for the next year you are still unsubscribing from their mailing lists or declining their calls. This time around when gas & electricity prices have gone through the roof, the world is still recovering from the pandemic and other global complications - it felt as if there are no enough houses and way too many people looking for a new home. It got to the middle of the month and I had less than 2 weeks to find a place or else I would have to put everything in storage. Panic mode! I randomly came across April Properties, contacted them and Ezgi was on my case straight away. The home was found within days, I was introduced to the landlord and went through references. I want to thank the whole team from April properties for looking after me, ensuring of my safety, providing constant reassurance until the point I moved into the property. I also want to thank April for bringing a move-in present, a box of house goods, some snacks and discounts from various suppliers. I must say I had never received such a good treatment from a lettings agent, especially a gift! Totally recommend. And Absolutely love the girls there! Big LOVE!

GoogleAbsolutely excellent estate agent. April Properties did an excellent job for us, achieving a price beyond our expectations. This was at a time when the market was cooling off. Ezgi and Eleonora were determined to achieve the best for us and they did. Communication was great and I believe their professionalism, insightful and fresh approach were key to securing us a great price - even though we were outside their normal stomping ground. We were selling our home in Chadwell Heath. I highly recommend April Properties and would not hesitate to sell or buy through them. It was genuinely a pleasure.

GoogleMe and my partner have recently moved in to a property which we found through the lovely April Properties Agency. Ezgi who has shown us the Property and then took us through the whole process of getting it has been helping us throughout and sharing all the important information and steps. We are first time renters, and finding our first property was at times really stressful, with Ezgi support and help we found the process really smooth and straightforward. Ezgi has been amazing from the start to the end which made us feel less worried and actually able to enjoy this new chapter. I would highly recommend April Properties and if you get to meet Ezgi you will definitely be in good hands in finding your perfect home, Ezgi is very hands on with supporting and helping her clients, very kind and very lovely person. GoogleI decided to go with April properties having walked past them for the last couple of years while dropping off and picking up my son from nursery nearby. They were always in the office and working hard so I decided to sell my property through them when it came to it. I was not disappointed - Ezgi and Ela were very competent, professional and responsive throughout - I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Ezgi and Esen were amazing in assisting us to find our first rental. In this tough market, where agencies do not have enough time due to high demand, Ezgi went out of her way to respond to emails and calls quickly and efficiently. This led my husband and I to make better decisions and place a competive offer in. We also knew what was expected of us through each part of the process and were again, given enough information so that we did not miss any deadlines. To top this off, on the day of the key handover, our mattress delivery arrived early and we were relieved that it was all sorted out for us!Super happy with the level of service all round! Really looking forward to working with April Properties going forward.
