GoogleGreat family run friendly company. I used them to let my house and received a personalised bespoke service. Property was rented within a week and they even managed to get over the asking price in rent. Excellent! Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleI recently rented a flat through AP, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The property was not cleaned properly before my move-in, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning it myself. Additionally, there were communication issues between AP and the landlord, which resulted in an agreement being made that the landlord did not honor after the contract was signed by all parties. I was also disappointed to find out that the landlord was using the storage room in the flat, which was not disclosed to me prior to move-in and caused me inconvenience when trying to have it removed. In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed, even for essential repairs like the fridge and heating not working. To make matters worse, AP tried to blame me for damage to an item that I did not break and implied that damages listed in the checked-in report were caused by me. Overall, my experience with AP was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this property agency for their housing needs.

It's really hard to find this kind of service in real estate and property management these days, so it was such a delight to have someone like Esen give us such a wonderful experience. GoogleReally great service from first point of contact with Ezgi, who was very friendly and honest when showing us around and wasn’t your typical agent that’s just trying to rent the house to whoever pays the most. Then Ela took us through the whole process and right to the end, she did a great job in making the process easy for us. Ela really did everything correct from their side and helped us with every bit of getting our foot into our home. Very friendly service and nothing I could complain about.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Esen and Ezgi from April properties for a few weeks and have found them fantastic to deal with. I was relocating from West to East London during a busy and stressful period and found an ideal property with very little fuss. They were both extremely helpful and approachable during the whole process. They are also very clear and honest and there have been no nasty surprises! I highly reommend using them.

GoogleI recently let my property in Stratford through April Property. My experience of dealing with founder and his employees was excellent as their professionalism shown throughout, the pleasant way of dealing with every experience and politeness was present through out the time till we found appropriate tenants for my property. In future when my property becomes available I will definitely contact Erik to find tenants.
