excellent service 5 stars

Both Esen and Ezgi have been extremely helpful in arranging my new property. It has been the smoothest and quickest process I’ve ever had and I’ve been renting for 10+ years.I expressed interest in a popular property and they went above and beyond to make sure the landlord knew about me and was happy for me to move in.Both have offered to go out of their way to help and assist me and for that I’m very thankful, they also gave me a lovely box of moving in treats which is a first for renting! What a nice touch. All round great people and service would HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent. I’m a customer who has very high expectations for the services I pay for. April Properties sold a property for us and achieved a price beyond our expectations and that of many others. This towards the second half of last year when the market began to cool. Ezgi and Eleonora are professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the best for the client. The whole process was uncomplicated, communication was excellent and we are happy customers. I highly recommend April Properties and I would happily sell or buy through them again in the future.

Efficient and professional service!

April Properties were very helpful and responsive during the viewing process, and were flexible to let multiple groups of people view the property at different times. They were also great at communicating on our behalf to the landlord, and made sure all our points were covered and had resolutions.

Gin was super helpful

We've had a great experience finding a property with Gin. After months of looking we found a great place and Gin was happy to show us round several properties, accommodating later viewings due to work and answering questions rapidly when needed. Very excited to move into our house.

We found Ezgi and her team really…

We found Ezgi and her team really helpful, realistic in relation to pricing etc, and despite a couple of potential buyers who caused delays, she found us a buyer who exchanged and completed in excellent time. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell in E11.

Excellent experience with April properties

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Esen and Ezgi from April properties for a few weeks and have found them fantastic to deal with. I was relocating from West to East London during a busy and stressful period and found an ideal property with very little fuss. They were both extremely helpful and approachable during the whole process. They are also very clear and honest and there have been no nasty surprises! I highly reommend using them.
