GoogleI have been in contact with this agency for almost 2 years. Horrible experience to get a deposit back takes ages and also the way they manage the houses is not raccomandable!
Dear Alessandro. Thank you for your message. There appears to have been a misunderstanding as Anthony Webb were instructed on a 'Let Only' basis for your tenancy. This means that it was our job to find a tenant on behalf of the Landlord. It was the Landlords responsibility to manage the letting and the deposit. Once we were notified, by you, of the delay in the return of your deposit we did our best to expedite this within a week, and we understand this has now been returned to you.
