Colin and everyone at the branch clearly work very hard but I was always able to reach him on the phone and he supported my purchasing process really well all the way through. GoogleI rented via Anthony Webb for a year. All members of staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They kept us updated on any changes within the house and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend using Anthony Webb and will definitely use them in the future.

Very bad experience with Barbara from Palmers Green branch. Very unfriendly, not reliable and totally unable to commit to scheduled appointment with client! Avoid if you can! Her bad customer service bring bad reflection on Anthony Webb. Totally careless when it comes to clients. So disappointing!

GoogleAwful experience. We wanted to rent a property and send all requested documents and they assured us it is enough, we signed and payed deposit of nearly £400.They wasted two week of our time and we lost the money.
Our agency follows strict guidelines when it comes to referencing, this is to protect tenants as well as landlords. From time-to-time issues do arise and in your case we were unable to proceed with the let for reasons which have be clearly explained to both you and your partner. The fee you paid was a holding deposit and in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (paragraph 9), this was withheld and was an acknowledged risk by both parties as laid out in your signed notes to tenants.

GoogleI rent from Anthony Webb and had an issue with my CO alarm (carbon monoxide)going off which was stressful, but Sophie managed to get the issue sorted within 4 hours and kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure I felt safe and that the engineers were doing everything correctly. You can really tell they care about their tenants, would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an agent who will always be ready to help! The whole team made the renting process so easy and to this day still working hard to make sure we're happy tenants!

GooglePlease AVOID this agency, highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. My wife and I rented a flat in Palmer's Green last year and we stayed for around 8 months as we wanted to move to a larger place for mum to be. When we moved in there were various issues with the flat (including hygiene issues) that we were not made aware of and communication and response from Anthony Webb to resolve these issues was poor to say the least. When we finally moved out we arranged for a professional cleaner to thoroughly clean the property prior to out departure and in the meeting to hand over the keys the Anthony Webb agent commented on how clean the property looked. However subsequently we were informed that further cleaning would be required and quotes would be obtained. A further £250 was deducted from our deposit for additional cleaning....and this was despite being told previously (by Anthony Webb) that quotes had been obtained that were less than half this amount. We felt powerless to object and this was despite having already paid for a professional cleaning service and having returned the flat in a much cleaner condition than we received it! A shameful attempt from Anthony Webb to extract maximum money from departing tenants in our view.

Known of Anthony Webb over the years from all the community events they support. This really helped us to consider them for the valuing of our house as we look to invest in a rental property. Their knowledge of all properties in the local area has been invaluable as we want a property to manage near to home. They were professional, courteous and prompt which is always a good first sign for us. Really pleased with our choice and look forward to a good working relationship with them.
