GoogleMoved in to a mice infested property, it took us a week to notice so I have to assume this is not a new issue. Droppings also suggest this is an ongoing issue and confirmed by pest control that the cause is massive holes in the kitchen cupboards which the mice enter through.
The first person we spoke to at Anthony Webb was helpful, she acted quickly, as did the landlord. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been great. We spoke to the Head of Property Management this morning and I’ve never spoken to someone so rude and condescending, it’s completely put me off now.
In reply to your response: To reiterate, I understand the reasoning for using your own contractor, you acted timely to our complaint and that is fair. You can see that this is noted in my review. My complaint is with the Head of Property Management with whom I spoke on the phone and her rudeness. Especially as an autistic woman, I hate how I was dealt with, from implications that we are not adults to being told she’s too busy to deal with this no more than 5 minutes into the call, to the tone and interrupting, and complete lack of consideration; it was insensitive, condescending and frankly unnecessary. So thank you but please note the issue and reason for one star is this and not to do with how the infestation was addressed.

Despite your one star review we’re glad to hear that you recognise how quickly our team acted to address the issue in your flat. Managing hundreds of properties effectively requires a timely and organised approach, and we pride ourselves on using our trusted suppliers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
We are sorry that you experienced an issue that is a new occurrence at the property. To reassure you, the holes at the back of cupboards are standard to allow access for pipes and utilities. As soon as the problem was reported, we immediately contacted our pest control contractor, who was instructed to address the issue promptly.
It’s important to note that, as a managed property, it is our agency’s responsibility, per the terms of the agreement, to handle such issues. While we understand your frustration, you chose to book your own contractor within less than 24 hours of the issue being reported, despite our contractor already being instructed. We use only our preferred contractors because we are confident in their ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. As such, any costs incurred from booking independent contractors would not be our responsibility.
We hope this explanation clears up any confusion. Our aim is always to provide a high standard of service, and we are committed to resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. If you have further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

GoogleRight from the start, I had the best experience with Anthony Webb, out of all the Estate Agents I dealt with in the area. All of the staff without exception were courteous and efficient and did what they said that they would do throughout the process. But more than anything, I felt that they were trustful and respectful. This made the whole experience so much less stressful than it could have been. I found everyone that I dealt with at Anthony Webb to be really decent people.
In particular, I dealt mostly with Che Eleftheriou.
Che is extraordinary for his age. From the first house he showed me, I was really appreciative of the space that he gave me to explore. He was chatty when I was, but also timely, as well as respectful, honest and insightful. Che very quickly picked up on what I wanted in a house and never wasted my time with telling me about countless properties that wouldn't fit my remit, unlike other companies. He also stuck to what he said that he would do and I have found him really trustworthy and re-assuring throughout the process.
In short, I would thoroughly recommend Anthony Webb Estate Agents above and beyond any other estate agent in the area!

When we lost our first buyer they pulled all the stops out as we were given a week to find another buyer otherwise we would lose the house we were buying.
Managed this on deadline day with an hour to go!
Amazing service.
More hiccups occurred as our new buyers were buy to let and we missed exchanging on the day of the budget as our solicitors were far from professional or efficient , thanks to Tony Ourris who saved the day and spoke to our buyers solicitors to resolve the situation.
There were so many ups and downs along the way but these guys were so helpful and reassuring throughout.

They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process.
