As a buyer who had spent some 9 months trudging through the area searching, finding Anscombe and Ringland, and more specifically Nicholas Spencer, was a great relief. Nicholas was ultimately professional and did not show me properties that were "not even close" to what I was seeking as other agents did with regularity. He took my measure and called me on specific properties he knew would be of interest, one of which I did purchase. The true test of any service is not when things are going well, but the opposite. The sale was full of more questions than answers, slow responses from the property managers, lease plans in error and so it went. Nicholas, kept the sale process steady and calm despite having his responsibilities at his office raised. He still took a prompt and active role in assisting me to ownership. Anscombe and Ringland Notting Hill are the agent that is the exception to the rule of self interest we all like to believe about real estate agents. As a figurehead, Nicholas Spencer is exemplary in his professionalism and care.

Luke Moss is by far the most helpful and professional lettings negotiator I have ever encountered. Even though my partner was injured, he was able to make sure to optimise the 6 viewings we had with him on a single day so that she could easily be present. Furthermore, he was able to arrange viewings of properties that had the exact specifications I requested over the phone, without any attempt to trick me or waste my time. It has been an absolute pleasure being escorted by him and I totally recommend the Anscombe & Ringland - Notting Hill Branch and especially Luke if you are trying to find a property to let in Notting Hill Gate.

I have used Anscombe & Ringland for a total of three transactions and I would recommend them as they go the extra mile. Examples of that included travelling with me outside office hours to help get a crucial signature for a sale, and helping me find a property with other estate agents when they had nothing suitable themselves. They even drove me to some viewings with those other agents! Vishal Sacar is the pleasant and kindly manager of the outfit.

My experience with Anscombe & Ringland was extremely pleasant and professional. As a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, however Andre Macias and Vishal Sachar went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The property was listed with multiple agencies, however I felt no pressure from Anscombe & Ringland to rush into a decision, which is unlike the conventional perils of dealing with estate agents. I was put in contact with the right people and despite being hesitant at times, personal agendas were put aside and Andre and Vishal were patient and accommodating. Anscombe & Ringland really focus on making sure their clients are content. I highly recommend!

We walked by Anscombe & Ringland in Notting Hill after weeks of looking for an apartment in London for the first time. We were immediately welcomed by Luke Moss who listened to our requests (which were many) and a couple of days later showed us three very good properties. We made a very low offer on one of the apartments, but Luke Moss was somehow able to pitch it so that it went through! Luke Moss and the entire A&R staff were very professional and efficient throughout the referencing process and signature. They even helped us sort out some small issues that came up once we had moved in, even though they are not responsible for managing the property. I highly recommend Anscombe & Ringland services.

He was available, efficient in showing and visiting apartments, and through his questions understood very well the requirements and wishes we had in relation to our budget. Really professional. Was looking to rent a place in Notting Hill and stopped in at A&R without notice. Hugh worked with me through the process and was very flexible with setting up viewings at short notice and trying to find me the right place. He was quite honest and direct and did not pressure me at any point. Everyone I interacted with at the office was very helpful and made the process pleasant, particularly Hugh and James. I have been renting out my property for a year through Anscombe & Ringland. I was originally recommended the company through a friend who told me to get in touch with Edward Parker when I decided to rent my studio out. I was impressed straight away and have continued to be through out the rental. Recently we had to re-let the property and Edward made the whole process so easy and straight forward. His team is also great. Edward was away when the paper work and actual change over happened and Hugh Saffrey stepped in and was fabulous. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I recently worked with James and Edward in Anscombe when renting a house in the Notting Hill area. They were the most professional, courteous, friendly, real estate team I have ever worked with and I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking to rent.
