GoogleI loved working with Ruadhri Bates! I was communicating with a number of agents while looking for a flat in Notting Hill, and right away Ruadhri stood out with his professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and his proactive communication. He gave constant updates and understood what kind of place we were looking for and provided relevant, excellent suggestions (unlike other agents, that didn't take into account our preferences and seemed to just be "selling"). Ruadhri showed so much care and was on top of things in a way that gave me confidence knowing I didn't have to chase or follow-up. Ruadhri, you rock!
