GoogleI highly recommend James Ephraims from Anscombe’s Notting Hill office to anyone who wish dealing with a reliable and professional letting agent. By far one of the best real estate professionals I had the opportunity to meet during my long quest for a flat in London. GoogleAgent Jordan Law helped in my search for a rental. Good at following up, and accommodating. Not much inventory because of a difficult rental market but he tried to find rentals that met my requirements. Appreciated the courtesy and the professionalism.

GoogleI highly recommend working with Matthew Sanderson. He is very responsive, accommodating, transparent and looks after both landlords’ and tenants’ interests, which is rare. Matthew managed to negotiate a very good tenancy for my partner and I and he was always transparent throughout the process, which we very much appreciated.

GoogleExceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I was extremely impressed by Shaun Blackstock in particular he was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect property and offered excellent aftercare. He even helped me find the best removal company to help with the transition. He has excellent professionalism and customer service and made what can be a stressful experience easy and comfortable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

GoogleThe Lettings Negotiator Oliver Cox gave me an appointment to show a property. I was there on time. But apparently, he added the appointment on his calendar on the wrong day. He wasted my and my girl friend's 1.5 hours. On top of that, when I call their office to reach him, the lady answering the phone was very rude. She didn't even try to help.
