Agent Isa Darr from the Reigate branch was very accomodating. He went out of his way to get us a slot to view a property we were interested in. He was very responsive with all our questions and proactive in updating us with the status of our tenancy offer. Superb customer service.

GoogleThe worst lettings agency I have ever had the misfortune of being attached to. Just one of many examples: they call me at 8am in the morning to inform me an electrician will be performing a 3 hour test, I ask 'what time will he be coming and does the electrician need access to anything specific' and Andrews reply 'don't get upset with me, you're asking me questions I don't know, I'll text you...' Also my entire kitchen cupboard fell off the wall (very dangerous) and my friends dad had to put it back up because of 'Colin', Andrews handless man, turned up 2 weeks after arranged unannounced and was annoyed it had been done by someone else.

KEEP CLEAR!! Yes the fees are reasonable, yes they seem very competent - you've seen the 'sold' boards after all and have every confidence they can sell your property - its all a LIEThey will book an open day 'we'll get you 20+ viewings and expect maybe 8 offers' They booked 4 couples. Never had a board. I'm sure we had a lot of fake bookings. I had an unpleasant intimidating experience where one viewing showed up with the whole family (5 members) in tow - I was on my own with baby when they announced that dad 'wasn't allowed to be around children under 5' Andrews were not interested in putting this on file should this family request a viewing from another young family in future. I constantly had to call them with feedback from the 15+ viewings we ended up having to do ourselves as they just were not interested. We let our contract run out and then went with a much better agent (who did get us 25 viewings and 3 offers so it wasn't the property) they didn't fight to keep us or apologise/offer luck going forward. I even had to call to remind them they no longer market our property and can therefore remove it from their website. Since our experience, we have heard nothing but bad things we wish we'd known before. Please, for your own sanity, stay clear

I was thinking of getting a 2 bedroom maisonette and work from home in order to save time on commuting and do not miss office calls at work, I was in touch with Andrews, They arranged viewing to a property on London Road Morden and the price quoted was affordable. They asked me to deposit £500 in order to put my offer towards the landlord which I did, they have not handed over any terms and conditions for the deposit, but when I asked the lady in their Morden Lettings Office, She said If I do not have any CCJs (County Court Judgements) then even if I fail, I will be refunded in full, I provided all the documents they needed as I work full time and have my own established business, but they still deducted £250 which was against what they promised, I would never trust Andrews Online Estate Letting Agents Again and will never recommend to my friends too. They were very pushy, aggressive and above all, they did very against to what they said on the phone as well in person. I will never use Andrews Online State Agents Letting or Buying Service in Future. Beware!!!

We have been trying to get viewing for properties to rent, however after many emails, online forms, phone messages and even Facebook messaged nobody seems to get back to us about organising them! How they have tenants I have no idea, as nobody can get viewings! I dread to think how they would be if we did rent from them, safe to say after reading other reviews I wil avoid like the plague.
