There could not be a bad word to be said about the service that Mukul provided my family and I. Despite the ups and downs of the process of moving house, Mukul remained informative and knowledgeable, in constant contact with updates, proactive in seeking different solutions and was a source of reassurance throughout the long process. If I could give 0 stars I would. The process of letting with them has been disappointing, no communication, no answering of emails, and having to revise the contract multiple times as they keep making mistakes (e.g. firstly the wrong rent amount, and then the rent amount on paper copy was different from online version!). Also no communication with their landlords, as we heard different information every time we spoke to an agent and the landlord. The process of letting has taken over a month, to the point where contracts haven't been signed a week before moving in, whereas with other agencies it was sorted within a week.

Every year Andrews Online send an invoice to cover the lease on the property we own. Every year they get it wrong. This year again they have added VAT to the lease rent, added £50 to the cost and give me 14 days to pay. I've already paid the lease for 2020, paid it on January 2020. Last week we got an invoice for £120 for some imaginary gutter cleaning & inspection. I will refer them to HMRC VAT office for their illegal invoice tactics. In addition, I've spent time this morning collecting evidence of their incompetence. I will be returning their invoice, and copying the documents to the Coop who they "manage" the lease for. Very poor, incomptant and stressful, can't say anything else but avoid like the plague.

Inquired about a property in Bristol over the phone and the agent talking to us was incredibly condescending and patronizing. Tried to make an arrangement to see a property and were given a time but no details of address, and were actually given no further communication. We tried calling again, left voicemails, and still nothing in return until today which again, no empathy or any interest on actually doing business with us. Not even an apology for wasting our time or letting us know the property had been taken (which we found out for ourselves) So, thanks for nothing and now we know who to avoid in the future! I'd honestly compare these guys to Zed & Co. Lettings based on competency...

Terrible avoid at all costs unprofessional, dishonest and will lead you down the garden path. Please don’t get sucked in to their inaccurate valuations and there terrible customer service. It is by far the worst service I have ever received from an estate agent. The manager was not only rude but obnoxious and totally out of her depth. The rest of the staff weren’t much better. Please save yourselves the anguish I’ve been through and use someone else

If I could, I would give it minus 5 stars. AVOID IT! Was renting a flat for 5 years. The first day we moved in the drainage in the shower didn't work. It was summer, so after the whole day of dragging the furniture and things to the flat, we couldn't take a shower. We waited over a week to get it fixed as 'the landlord was on holiday and they had to consult him re the repair'. The shower itself was a problem as well, as the water was just leaking instead of running. After the repairs the drainage wasn't working properly, so when taking the shower we were flooding the bathroom. Literally 2cm of water on the floor. It took us till September next year to get a bathtub with proper drainage! In a meanwhile washing mashine got broken. Over a week of waiting to get it fixed...When calling them with another issue and asking them to give me the estimate of waiting time as I wasn't ready to wait a month for another fix, they arrogantly told me 'if I don't like the tenancy agreement terms, then do this and that'. They don't reply to emails, don't pass phonecall messages. ZERO. When they pick up the phone, they are arrogant and nonchalant, as if they were making you a favour for picking up the phone. I tried to make a complaint, rang their central number and the lady, after logging on the system told me THERE WERE NO NOTES RE THE PROPERTY ON THE SYSTEM... After 5 years of living there! She was meant to arrange a call from her manager. Instead the next day I got a phone call from a member of staff I was complaining about asking me 'if it was true that I made a complaint and what it was regarding' 😳 I could go on and on about this bloody agency. It's a joke not a company. AVOID AS PLAGUE!
