Me and partner are currently in the process of finalising everything to do with buying our first home. Our estate agent Kalie Vallis - based in the Keynsham office has been absolutely brilliant. From the very first viewing, to our offer being accepted, to helping us understand what paperwork we need to show, and to now waiting for the rest of the legal work to finish - she’s been absolutely amazing. Kalie updates us all the time, keeps us in the loop about every single situation and explains to us what’s next. She’s a really positive person and has really been easy to deal with on a regular basis. I look forward to her emails and calls! Highly, highly recommend. Being reasonably new to becoming a Landlord, Ed from the Reigate Team has been extremely helpful to me. No question was ever to much to answer, he has been so patient, never rushing me to make decisions and has always had the time to speak when needed. A very courteous gentleman. Infact all the staff at Reigate that I have had dealings with have been lovely and always get back to you with any concerns straight away. If you’re a second time buyer - don’t bother with them. They will string you along through to final bidding stage and use you as bait / push through first time buyers to their vendors and advise them that it’s the “Safest” option. They will hold you back until they can use your offer as competition. They will say things like “your offer is provisionally accepted by the buyer we have to wait until Monday just a heads up there may be an offer from a first time buyer coming on Monday”Zero empathy or even acknowledgment that you are trying to buy your family home.Their “mortgage broker “ is incredibly rude.

Our agent, Dominic, was helpful, straightforward, pleasant and direct with us. We felt that we could trust him to be honest with us and give us the advice that was in our best interests, (even when it wasn't the most advantageous to him!) Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them. He has always kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care about our family and our house moving experience. He really has gone above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful - this move probably would never have happened if it hadn't been for him!
