They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

We recently purchased a home marketed by Andrews Purley in Croydon. We worked with Luke Levy and Jill Nicholson. Andrews were professional and warm in their service provision. They were transparent about offer process, and once offer was accepted Jill worked very hard to move things along with all solicitors and was very responsive - usually providing updates before our lawyers. When something came up in our personal lives that meant we needed a bit of time away from the purchase process Andrews were also very empathetic and didn’t hassle us until we were ready to get back in touch. All in all it was smooth sailing with Andrews, and we are delighted with our new home.

If you want more than 5 star hotel, you go to Dubai. When you buy a property, especially your first time, go to Andrews for that extra-outstanding service. Mukul Mehta the Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews London offices made my financial experience seamless - always ready to answer questions, spend time to explain the mortgage details and and provide spot on advice.
