Andrews, Southville - Unbelievably smooth sailing! I want to say a massive thank you to Lisa and Matt at Andrews who were excellent from start to finish! I was very apprehensive when it came to selling as all you hear in the news are stories about sales falling through and house prices plummeting but I spoke to the guys in branch and I knew I was in good hands from the off. I felt that both Lisa and Matt were equally invested in me and weren't just out to sell my house for whatever they could get for it. Every conversation with them was informative and worthwhile and it didn't take them long to get a great buyer in place and I'm delighted to say I was able to complete withing 3 month. Absolutely not what I was expecting when I set out and it's all thanks to the great work of the guys at Andrews Southville. Thanks so much! :)

Very pleased with the service i received from Andrews Westbury on Trym branch. Claire and Ashley went above and beyond. They made the process of sale of our house from the start, Simple and Easy. They made it so easy,from the picture's of the house, booking Epc , the house was on the market for sale within days.The advise and support towards the sale of our house was invaluable. Not only we sold with Andrew's but we also found our dream home with them. They made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Very friendly, polite and helpful agent. Highly recommended

Family move...

We recently dealt with Zena and the team at Andrews in the Sevenoaks Branch who helped us relocate our family to Sevenoaks. The team were professional, polite and most importantly open and honest with us at all times where some other estate agents were not. This move involved a complicated chain which caused us some concern at times although Zena was always there to reassure us and provide the comfort we required. We recently purchased a new home through Andrews in Streatham, and cant thank them enough for the way they supported us throughout the process. This was not a first time buy for us, so we have dealt with many estate agents in the past, but we can vehemently state that this was the best experience we have ever had. We would like to sincerely thank Elvis first, who listened intently to what we were looking for, and was able to find the perfect home for us right now, which was in fact a home we would not have otherwise looked at. Remarkable Service

We recently invited Andrews to carry out a valuation of our property. Natasha Barnes from the Balham office had been recommend by a few of the parents at my daughters school. From the offset, we were taken back by her professionalism and her attention to detail. She confirmed that she already had buyers wanting to secure a property just like ours, having sold a similar property on the road just behind us. We carried out our due diligence and having had other local agents in we knew Natasha would be the best placed agent for us. She is a passionate individual and seems very well connected within the local community. Natasha has also helped us with our onward move as Andrews have a cluster of offices who all seem to communicate to a high standard. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and I have always felt that Natasha has guided us and given us the best advice. I cannot recommend Natasha enough, she is a true credit to the business.
