My wife and I just recently exchanged the contract and are awaiting the completion date and the keys for our new home. Thanks to the great people working at Andrews Southfield who made it so much easier for us to get into the property ladder.Their knowledge and expertise made buying a house via the Modern Method of Auction such a breeze.Had I not spoken with Mark in the beginning, we’d have given up on this house which we just bought. But it was his genuine and helpful advice that really helped us grab a bargain from the original asking price.A very special “Thank you!” to Mukul Mehta, the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews Kingsbury office. Buying your first home can be a very daunting and stressful process, especially if you are buying via the Modern Method of Auction. But with the vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise of the property market, Mukul made it so much easier for us to understand the process and made sure we were confident and happy with the decisions we made throughout the process. His friendly (always smiling) way of communicating made it felt like a family/friend experience to us, which really helped both sides understand each other and go for the right products and services. Not only that, but he also helped us in sorting out the Critical Illness Mortgage cover when our 1st application was rejected. Once again, the professionalism, knowledge, customer care and communication from Mukul is exceptional and will definitely be coming back for his services in future.I’d also like to thank Keli Viana (Andrews - Southfields) for taking care of our case with passion and care. Amazing, Friendly and got the property sorted in one day!

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?
