We rented an apartment through Andrews Southfields on a short term basis whilst our property was being renovated and the owner sold whilst we were there. We also purchased a property through this branch in 2018, so we're in the slightly strange position as to have a broad range of experience with them. ​ Shannae was really helpful in negotiating and securing our tenancy - comms with the owner were prompt and efficient. I had responses to my queries before I had even thought to chase them up - nothing was too much trouble. The team were also great at communicating regarding the sale of that property too - I think we had the grand total of three viewings. From the property management side of things I only wish that all our queries could have gone directly through ​Shannae, as she is such a pleasure to work with. Whilst we had a patchy experience with our purchase in 2018 the team is totally new since then and I would not hesitate to work with them in future.
