GoogleMy experience with Akelius is very positive and I cant really comprehend the bad reviews. My apartment is neat and tidy and I also like that it was already furnitured. Furthermore I had a good conversation with the service centre (my nightstand broke) and they managed the repair for the next day. They have also done works in the comunal areas and the whole building is in an excellent shape now!

GoogleWe recently moved into our new apartment and the entire process was very easy and professionally done. Michael, our agent, was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure the process was seamless for us. Overall, We are very satisfied with the services from Akelius. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleDisgraceful company. Will have you living in illegal housing if they can save a few quid. Do yourself and your mental health a favour, don't rent from Akelius.

GoogleShocking agency. Never answered calls, lead us on thinking we would be the first to see the property only to tell us after us turning others down, that someone else has viewed it and put a deposit down. DONT USE!

GoogleDO NOT ENQUIRE ABOUT ANY PROPERTIES FROM THIS PLACE. Very poor customer service. Was told they’d reach out to me within 24 hrs. I still haven’t received a call back and it’s been a week. Very disappointed with the lack of organisation and communication from this agency.

GoogleI’ve been living in Akelius Apartment for 2 months already. The flat is amazing. But there is no rail in the wardrobe, therefore I can not use it. My email requires has been ignored by the maintenance team and the rail cannot be done for 2 months!!!

GoogleI viewed the property with Joshua - who was very quick in communicating, flexible, efficient and friendly. I have been in the property for just over a month and whilst there have been a few minor issues, my queries have been dealt with quickly, positively and efficiently.

GoogleAvoid renting from this greedy, crooked management company. Shocking, unfair treatment of residents. Akelius do not act in a moral way and are only concerned with screwing more money from their tenants at any given opportunity. Awful!

GoogleI have nothing but good words to say about Sheree, Cristina and Akelius properties. Always professional and they have treated me better than any other landlord I've had in London the past 20 years. Plus, you don't have to deal with the ghastly London estate agents when you deal with them. You go directly and cut the middle man. Never moving out of Walker House. (Great neighbours too). Finally!

GoogleJoshua helped me find my dream flat and went above and beyond for me whilst getting all my paperwork done ready to move into the property, even driving to a relatives house whilst I was working to obtain my right to rent documents so I was able to move in as quickly as possible!! I can't thank akelius and Joshua enough for helping me find my dream flat.

GoogleI had a viewing with one of their in house - agents Sheree Lanihun. I was very pleased with her professionalism, suggestions and approach. I was quite pleased with receiving a confirmation, reminder and a post appointment phone call. I ended up not taking a property with Akelius, but I do feel like the service received was outstanding and I will certainly consider renting with them again.

GoogleVery bad customer service from Akelius. We reported a Van parked outside Conifer way for nearly two weeks and half but no action, no reply to our emails.

GoogleI would strongly advise against looking for a property through Akelius. Their process for tenancy is bizarre, and they have complete indifference for any issues you may come across with said process. An absolute shambles of a renting company.
