GoogleIn a word, avoid. They'd sell their grandmother to make profit or so it seems. You basically have to get stuff condemned for them to replace it. Every turn has been a battle with them.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Colette who is one of the lettings administrators. She was super helpful and friendly and always got back to me in good time. Would definitely recommend he company based on my dealings with her.

GoogleRating Akelius has doesn't do them justice, at least in my case. Starting from first contact with Sheree, renting negotiatior, I've been very happy with their support. Any issue can be reported through online service and response is quick and efficient.

GoogleFrom viewing, paperwork and moving in went exceedingly smoothly. They are always on hand to sort any problems (which are very few). My renewal contract literally took minutes to sort - everything was painless.
