My family and I have been fortunate to of shared an extremely warm,friendly and professional service in selling our family home in Peckham with James Clow,Joe and The Team at Acorns,Peckham Branch. They provided a seamless service on all aspects of the sale of the property whilst going 'above and beyond' giving a high level of care,understanding and kindness ; much appreciated as our property was our late Uncles and had been in the family for three generations so we all shared an emotional attachment to the place. Great consideration and expertise of the process of probate was demonstrated ongoingly. We were not living at the property and due to living two and a half hours away grateful to entrust the properties keys with the office so they could have full access for viewings/survey etc. We really appreciated them letting in the necessary workmen we sourced to clear and tidy the property at the relevant stages,always overseeing the transformations and giving relevant feedback. James and Joeto checked the property from time to time as well to make sure all was secure and safe - nothing was too much trouble! Absolute credit to Acorns! We have shared a truly positive experience with James,Joe and The Team - may they all have continued success and feel our great appreciation for all they achieved fir us and all they kindly did :) Alli Cummins and the Family

The conveyance was a nightmare, Acorn add always 5 -10 years to the length of the lease,then they harass you to exchange even if you are not happy to , George Leney the most arrogant and unprofessional person I ever met , avoid at all costs.
