Buying a property can often feel overwhelming, but they took the time to explain every step in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed from start to finish. I recall moments when matters did not proceed as expected, and Kevin’s calm and steady approach ensured that everything remained under control for both parties involved. We chose Acorn on a friend's experience. Brendan did the valuation and negotiated the bidding very smoothly. They had potential buyers ready to view even before the house went to market which made it very swift. Dammy was our agent and managed what turned out to be a rather tricky and pressured chain very well and patiently under the time pressure of the stamp duty reduction deadline. He also managed me when I was getting quite unravelled with the frustrations of our onward purchase! Jade Clements acted for the vendor of a house I bought. I was selling a flat and Jade did a HUGE amount if work to ensure both transactions completed.
