GoogleAbsolutely rubbish theyre asking for someones who is earning more than 21,000 a year and if not even if you can afford it they wont consider you for a tenant ! Companies like this are just money grabbers and genuinely dont care about you as a person

I’m sorry you feel that way, & I’m sure you feel you can afford to pay your way. However I hope you can appreciate not everyone’s is as responsible with money as you feel you are. Please allow me to explain, We have to adhere to an affordability calculator which has been developed by Homelet our referencing company, they researched tenant outgoings and thereafter worked out what a tenant could pay on top of all other commitments. £21000 would allow you a property of £700 a month. Maybe you should re-evaluate the type of property you are interested in for now. I fail to understand how we can be money grabbers when we have not taken a single penny from you !
