My house was on the market for only a week and I had about many offers. This was because of the way they advertised and introduced the property to potential buyers. GoogleI used Able Estates to sell my property and they delivered a brilliant service. Ian knows the area so well and is able to answer any and all questions from potential buyers. The team communicate well with each other, so it doesn’t matter who picks up the phone, they can deal with your query. They’ve quickly adapted to the changes necessary due to covid eg video walk throughs. They organised viewings in a way that was convenient for me, which was especially important since I’m working from home and have two young children. They also worked hard to get everyone in the chain to make progress and I don’t think we would have exchanged anytime soon without them. They have exceptional customer service and are generally just a lovely group of people.

GoogleNot at all helpful or friendly. Dont return calls. Not willing to go the extra mile to potentially sell a house. Very frustrating to call their office and speak to them. Disappointing this particular house is on the market with them as there are more proactive and friendly agents out there, they just seem lazy and old fashioned.
