GoogleWe used this agency 6 years ago when buying and had such a smooth experience we decided to sell our property with them too. Our house was put up on a Monday and final offer was accepted on the following Thursday. They run smoothly and efficiently and are a really nice genuine company that keep you updated every step of the way wether your a buyer or seller.

GoogleI was interested to see a house, I contacted Charinna and made an appointment. When I arrived at the location I found other house. She said that there was a confusion, however there were another 2 families to see the same house at the same time. After spending 2 hours traveling I received back an apology. Just to rent a house shouldn't play with people time, expectations, money, confidence. Very disappointed.
Dear Magda, I do apologise for the confusion. On every email that was sent the property address was the subject. You applied to view the property originally through one of our online advertising portals, and this was also done by clicking on the property address and description for the property that you came to today. We also discussed the property and you requested information on another property which I advised you was listed with another Agent and not with us. At this point I advised you about the only other 3 bedroom property available with us at the moment. Yes we did have three bookings for the same property at the same time as the property is good value and a convenient location so therefore we have had lots of interest in it. You will find that a lot of agents would do the same thing as sometimes we do not have the time to carry out multiple appointments throughout the day at the same location, as we have lots of properties that people all would like to view on a Saturday for convenience. I did also apologise to you for the confusion when you arrived at the property and I offered to show you the property which you declined. I wish you good luck in your search for your new home.

GoogleAll round good service provided by Able Estates. The agent that took me through the viewing was very honest, patient and really well informed about the property and the borough. Although there were some issues with solicitors, Able Estates were very patient and worked with me through the porcess.
