GoogleFirst class service, first class experience and first class people. You’re not supposed to trust or like estate agents, they’re there to do a job. Yet Able Estates went the extra mile. Always with a smile and the customer experience, second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends, in the knowledge that they are friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, who look after their customers. They went above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful situation into a smooth transition between buyer and seller. GoogleAble Estates provided professional advice and guidance over a 6 month period whilst helping to sell our inherited property. Paul was excellent with explaining the selling process to us. Maria was a delight to deal with as our Sales Progressor as she liaised with our buyer and helped to get the sale over the line. She was supported by Ian and Keith in her absence. GoogleIan ,Kevin and Maria very polite professional always give call back and give some good suggestions and nice chat about random topics .If you don't understand their try explain different way with the patience. Its hard understood some terminology if you are not born here :) On the end I didn't like pushing me constantly contact solicitors. we all know selling or buying place its take a time and so many "parts" getting involved and is long stressful process .

The entire team were excellent from the initial viewings and listing, through to liaising with the, solicitors, vendor and buyer. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process and didn’t hesitate to help when we had some issues with solicitors both from our and the seller’s side. They went above and beyond to support resolve our issues and we couldn’t thank them enough. GoogleI went through a dozen estate agents to look for my personal family home and all of them were not and I went to able and they showed me on first hand experience of how a customer should be treated explained my situation to Ian and he was always available and replied promptly to any questions I had and that goes for the whole team at the Abbey Wood branch. If I ever choose to buy a second home or my family and relatives are in the market looking I would hands down highly recommended Able estate there service was extremely to a high standard which showed they cared.
