The agency is just fantastic or at least Ian is a fabulous ambassador for them. Ian, our letting agent helped us find our dream house, here in Abbey Wood and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He was the best letting agent by far. He was professional, funny and managed to sell us the area by putting all our concerns to rest. He strived to connect with us on a personal level which made the whole letting process pain free. The waiting time between putting an offer through to having the keys in our hands didn't take too long - 3 weeks, I would say. I would reccommend Able Estates.

I currently let my house through able estates. They manage the property for me and have done so for the past five years. The management team are fantastic I have the most wonderful tenants who look after my house and pay their rent on time every month. I use able to let my house as I have now used them to sell 3 homes for me plus I've bought one through them and each time I've found Peter and his team to be professional and friendly. I recently purchased a property through Able Estates. I was dealt with primarily by Eddie through the negotiation phase as well as the exchange and completion phase. Eddie and his team did a great job with the back and forth negotiations for the rounds of offers and response. He was always very clear on the feedback that was being provided from the vendor as well as the feedback from the vendor’s solicitor. The entire Able Estates team was diligent not just for the sales but also to chase up with my mortgage broker and solicitor ensuring that every party involved was understood till the completion. This Agency is really bad! My partner and I went to view the flat in Abbey Wood and made an offer. we really love the flat and this was our number 1. Lisa the manager was our main contact told us a lot stories: "i cannot get hold of the landlord", "I left him voicemails and put a letter at his house", "maybe something happened to him", "he might be on holiday". 3 weeks later.. she came back "the landlord has reappeared". He wants to know about us!! Lisa has already all information about us... We again send us our information. 2 days later... she informed us that the landlord had bad experience with previous tenant who were black (not to mentioned my partner and I are black) and the landlord might wants to sell his property.. In the afternoon she called us to inform the landlord decided to go ahead to sell the property. We have been looking on property and noticed the flat was still on offer and one month and half later has been let!!!!! My sister called to make to arrange a viewing after Lisa told us all these stories and Lisa send her information and could arrange a view!!!
