FacebookJust started renting a flat with Keatons in bow and the place was filthy when moved in and had to clean it myself with my 1 year old crawling around me, even vomit around the underside of toilet bowl and millimetres of filth under the toilet. No working fire alarm which is illegal, no meter readings done on check in and then no access given to meters for 2 weeks at which point the electricity bill is extortionate because I can't prove we haven't used the electricity they say we have which is £112 in 2 weeks apparently! Utterly appalled at their abissimal and incompetent treatment of us as tenants. They couldn't have done less and made it worse for us if they'd tried. We pay £1600 in rent a month and had to actually pay Keatons to treat us this way which is infuriating

GoogleI recently purchased a 1BR flat using Keatons Shoreditch office. It was a very positive experience. I was dealing with Kane who was had a good attitude, was punctual and reliable, kept on top of the transaction staying in touch with both sets of solicitors, and was always willing to chase down answers to questions if he did not already know. I was very impressed - much better than most estate agents I have dealt with over the years! I would happily use the office again should the need arise.

GoogleKate Bentley & her team in Shoreditch have been marvellous. We moved over from Australia 16 mths ago and the team at Keatons were supportive, easy to deal with and professional from the very start. Whenever there was any problems with the property, the team at Keatons responded within hours & we never waited for more than a day to have the issue addressed. I would recommend Keatons to property owners who wish to invest as well as those like us who rent. As an owner myself, if I had Keatons representing my property I would have security in knowning the property is in great hands.

FacebookPictures on website dishonestly depicted property from when it was done up (years ago). Apparently it is unreasonable or in their words "unrealistic" to even request a carpet change (carpet is worn to the floor in some places) or to repaint the walls, or at least the ones that have been defaced by the current tenant. Bad attitude all in all and unwilling to go any length on the grounds that someone else will be "happy" to take the apt at it's current state. I would rather use "desperate".Thanks Keatons for promoting a fair state of living in our city - and so openly so. Best of luck - I will never consider searching a property with you nor will I recommend anyone else should.

GoogleI recently visited Keatons Shoreditch to ask for help in locating a 2 bed flat for a rental investment. From the outset, my experience was nothing but positive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the agent who dealt with my query was knowledgeable, informative and took a lot of time to go through my specific requirements and address all my queries. We viewed a good selection of properties; no offers yet but I sincerely hope to be able to use Keatons when the right property comes to the market. Many thanks for your great service.

GoogleWe recently bought a flat in Whitechapel through Keatons. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the flat and the location, they couldn’t do enough to make the journey as painless as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend them enough. Ask for Kane Griffin.

FacebookKeatons London could improve by understanding that when a property they manage is wrecking someone else's they have a duty to: Repair as soon as possible LISTEN to the person reporting issues Treat the affected party with respect though timely proactive follow-up Generally behave professionally you have done none of these things
