Googlethey are bunch of thieves and the organization is setup to extort people . I paid holding fee and didn't move to the property and they couldn't refund and saying no refund policy .thieves including Tess and charley d Portsmouth branch manager kindly beware of them . I am still going to trend this and make sure I spoil their name as they are thieves who extort innocent citizens . Worse and first experience ever of me been scammed in uk ...

GoogleIm getting very desapointed with leaders. They always find an excuse for every issue you have at home! Its upseting you do report problems and they never get fixed! They always telling that they will chase the landlord or landlord will send someone to our house but nothing happens! But if you miss to pay rent they will be right at your door for sure! We are not fussy but the problems we are having here can cause healthy problems specialy to our son! We are with you for about 1 year and 4 month we pay always the rent on time.... we have thing in here that should have been sorted before we got in to the house!
