Honestly I can’t be more happy with Leaders! They literally saved me! When I called them for the first time and explained my situation (which is not good at all), they wrote down my details. They said that when they have a suitable property for me, they will call me. I did not have high hopes because many other agencies took my information and did not call even once! But not Leaders! Every time they had something suitable for me they called! They even helped me rent a property. Everything was so quick and easy with them. I am grateful to have met them! They literally saved me! Real professionals!

Not a good experience… We were looking for a house to rent but the record they do about us are not the best... the colleague scheduled a visit to the house but as he knew that we were part time we already felt a bit of "contempt"... we didn't like the house because was to dirty, but in the end the estate agent never let us know about any information of final decision, even he didn’t responded to the email that was sent. ( but the other agencies gave always the final decision being a yes or a no we always receive a call or an email from the agencies) You shouldn't evaluate a person just because he's part time, there is no humanism in this company.

The Leaders office in Portsmouth have been extremely helpful in getting me and my family rehoused into a wonderful and very accommodating home, on a short time frame. Rob at the North End office helped us process our application super fast and the other estate agents we were put in contact with were also super helpful, very fast replies via email and phonecall- all very friendly and professional and allowed the stress of moving house to be more enjoyable.
