Buying your first home can be very stressful indeed, but I have to say Micheal Humphrys from Leaders was at all times a beacon of light when I felt I was in the dark. He worked tirelessly, often out of office hours to get me the answers I needed and ultimately the the final result of owning my own house! I can’t thank him enough. Also the entire Leaders team were so helpful Natasha even went in and opened the windows for me on the very hot day of exchange when I was stuck in traffic and waited for my arrival long after office hours! What a fantastic team! 5 stars! Great friendly service. Thank you Micheal and the leader team.

Leaders Lettings in Portsmouth have handled the letting of our apartment for several years totally satisfactorily on a full management basis. So when it came to selling it seemed the obvious choice to use Leaders Sales. As we are not local owners we were concerned that the selling process would be difficult, but Natasha took the reigns and handled absolutely everything from beginning to end in an extremely efficient way with both the property presentation, negotiations and in fact the selection of an excellent reliable purchaser, keeping us in constant touch with the transaction as it progressed. She worked efficiently with our chosen Solicitor from beginning to end. We felt 100% comfortable with leaving the whole transaction in her hands. Communication being the key word. I have been incredibly fortunate to have had Zoe Smith look after the management of my property and wanted to share my proud impressions to her manager, her team and any future landlords. She has not only delivered a professional service since that very first day but has more recently confidently and calmly handled what has been a stressful few months of tending to works being carried out; resolving issue after difficult issue with the attitude of an olympian! She never let it once break her spirit to complain or even say a single bad word about it. In fact, she did just the opposite and simply remained utterly determined to succeed, carrying on her duties with a cheerful spirit and unbreakable stride through the thickest parts of it. We have had such a good experience with Rob and the leaders team in Portsmouth. This is our first time renting through an estate agent and they have made our experience stress free.
