Appalling and incompetent service. I have several properties with different letting agents. Leaders, in Portsmouth, is by far the worst and also by far the most expensive. They continually look for ways to extract more money from landlords. They are dreadful at responding to emails or following up matters in hand. They show incompetence in managing properties.

We have been renting this property for nearly 2 years, and are happy to carry on living at this address. Staff at Leaders are friendly, polite and courteous. We have been dealing with a lovely lady called Danielle who has been extremely helpful in dealing with our maintenance issues as well as anything else that occurs, she keeps in contact with ourselves and the landlord. we appreciate all that she has done so far, and hope it continues.

Absolutely nightmare renting with leaders. They left me living in dangerous conditions with immediate risk to my health and did not respond to any emails, calls or in person requests for maintainence help. They charged me for damage that was the fault of the landlord and did not treat me with even a modicum of respect throughout my entire experience with them. They did not pass over my forwarding address to any of the services they work with causing me to be put on debt collector lists. They were rude, unresponsive and uncaring. LEADERS GOOGLE REVIEW For more than 20 years I have been working with Leaders who have been looking after the rental and maintenance of my flat in Southsea just perfectly. Without any exaggeration I can say that they have been efficient and very helpful in every way possible. Over such a long time, I have encountered so many different employees, tall one, thin ones, slim ones and how can I be diplomatic) the not so slim ones'. But whatever/whoever, they have all without exception, been happy, welcoming and smiling folk but - hiding behind the friendliness are employees with a deep knowledge of , and sensitivity to the matters with which they are dealing. Other estate agents in the area could well take a leaf out of Leaders text book - and attempt to follow their example - a reflection of a healthy 'esprit de cours' within in the organization. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Not recommend this as property agent, called lots of time to release deposit and overpaid rental, every time the staff in Leader told me that they would find more information then gave me a call, but never I get a call back. They said 3-5 working days to release deposit and overpaid rental, but I have been waiting for a month. Some of staff in Portsmouth Leaders are polite, but one of lady was not care about at all. Everything just said OK , said called back, don't trust at all.

We loved the apartment in Mizzen House which we rented for 4 years. Whenever there was an issue, the Property Management Team was there to listen and help. I lost my brother a year ago and was left to sell what was our family home. I lived there from 4 years of age until I was 25. My last sibling lived in the house for 67 years, never marrying and staying at the house after mum passed. Leaders had the house sold (STC) within two weeks of getting probate. At all times everyone I came into contact with at Leaders were courteous and sensitive to the reasoning behind the house sale. They helped me get through what was a very emotional task. It wasn't just my brother's house, it was my childhood home too. Many memories are stored in those four walls and I thank Leaders tremendously for their minimalistic fussing, but being there as the sale proceeded.
