I was going to rent a property through them and had arranged 2 viewings but their agent Daryl didn't show up on both occasions. The guy has absolutely no sense of punctuality whatsoever. He'll say he'll meet you at the property but instead he'll be sitting in his office waiting for your call to pick him up. His manager Kris White was no help either as he simply ignored Daryl's lies when I complained. Do not expect any responsibility or respectful customer service from these two. Avoid them at all cost.

We've been so impressed by the whole team at Anthony Pepe - and Maria has been really brilliant to deal with for our house viewings. She organised our open day and has been really flexible about any extra viewings. We've only been on the market for a few weeks but we now have our dream house and dream buyer! We hope to complete on both in a just a few months as the chain will be tiny thanks to Anthony Pepe : ) Before we put our house on the market we were very nervous about the stress involved and we also thought we'd have to compromise with the house we're moving to - but we are so excited, it couldn't be more perfect! I recently completed the purchase of a flat through the Palmers Green office of Anthony Pepe and i have to say they were a delight to deal with. Mina, our agent was personable, efficient and professional throughout.
He ensured we were up to date and handled the bumps along the way well with continued correspondence with both sets of solicitors. Despite the other party not being particularly forthcoming, Mina persevered and maintained our best interests without compromising his clients.
