The upstairs floors creak as though you are walking around a an ancient mansion and most of the hinges on the double glazed windows have broken so there is no seal and are very draughty.

Extremely poor and lazy workmanship. Lots of endless promises that are never kept. Save yourself the time and the money - buy a house with a different company.
