Once re-known for its rich coal and tin production Llanelli has risen like a phoenix from the ashes and has transformed itself into a busy tourist area offering scenic coastal views overlooking the north Gower Peninsula which can be viewed from Machynys golf course through to the picturesque harbour town of Burry Port and onto the historic village of Kidwelly.

What a dreadful business. Drove up from Cardiff to view a flat to rent only to find that it wasn’t available. I have since realised it’s a trick to get you to meet up with them in Oder for them to offer you what they actually have to rent . So the flat on show is fictional. However, I did go and see two of these other flats and I did like one of them. I told them I would take it . They never phoned or emailed back. Absolutely shoddy service.

Put little effort into selling the house. When I finally sold and handed the keys to the agent at the Llanelli office. The lady said to me “I bet you're glad, the house must've been like a noose around your neck”. I was gobsmacked that someone thought that was appropriate to say to someone. After the year I'd had it was the last thing I wanted to hear. What an awful person.

Despite phoning to enquire about a property in their Gorseinon Branch that I was interested in purchasing and leaving a voicemail with my contact details they never replied to me. I also emailed them using their contact us details and yet again they did not respond! This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune to try and deal with. I won't even look at their properties again as obviously the staff do not care whether or not they make a sale!
