Extremely happy with Carol from Remax. Once we had decided to sell, she came to our house and went over what we needed to do to get the best price. She knows her stuff. Things moved as speed and the house was on the market very quickly. You are in no doubt that they are wanting to work hard for you to get the house sold and get a good price. Very professional and very happy at every stage of the sale. Everything went smoothly and nothing was a hassle. We got updates on what was happening and were able to relax knowing that this was all in hand. All the viewings were done for us and Carol was always very professionally turned out. I cannot speak highly enough. Would always use again.

When I needed to sell my house, I had lots of agents around to give me their thoughts, information on their services and of course, quotes. In the end I chose Niall McCabe of REMAX Livingston. REMAX was not my first choice tbh, but Niall McCabe made himself as my first choice, down to his knowledge and experience of the area, and his confidence in my home. And due to him, I would in future put REMAX back to the top of my list. Niall had excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He always got back to me very quickly, even when he was busy elsewhere I'd always receive a wee text saying so and that he'd get back to me properly as soon as he could. He also did all the viewings and guided me on how best to present my home. Unlike other agents, he never promised anything that he did not deliver. Niall also has numerous contacts, so if you didn't know where to go for a solicitor etc he could point you in the right direction. All in all, Niall was extremely professional, very proficient, and a total pleasure to work with. A total credit, not only to REMAX but to the business as a whole! Thanks Niall!

Sharon Campbell at Remax property was excellent to deal with from start to finish. She took the stress out of selling a house and kept in contact throughout the process. The photos really showed the best of the house and the virtual walkthrough was excellent. The house was sold for considerably more than Home Report and exceeded what we expected to achieve. We had access to an online portal that showed us how many viewings were booked, notes on each viewing and gave an overview of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon & Remax Property and will use them in the future when required.

I approached Niall McCabe through Facebook at the beginning of the year to sell my Granny’s house after she passed. Niall’s professionalism was 2nd to none, I’m that person that wants an answer yesterday, and Niall is that guy!! The house sold in 12 days, but had to be put back on the market a week later, through no fault of Niall’s or myself, and within 4 days it was sold again! I can't thank Simon and his team enough for everything they did for us! They were extremely kind and professional. We bought a house Simon was selling on the Sunday, even though our house wasn't up for sale yet. He came around to our house after the viewing and was confident he could sell ours quickly. So, they came by to take photos of our house on the following Friday, put our house up for sale that Monday and it was sold by the Friday! Simon was also there for us every step of the way, always quick to answer my (3,000+) questions I sent him via text and was supportive when I was worried about moving during this pandemic (we had signed missives prior to the lockdown and our moving date was after). Niall McCabe took on the mean feat of dealing with selling my flat and I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the service I recieved. The flat was sold in 8 days absolutely amazing. Niall made the whole process really easy, especially in this weird and confusing time. He got me what I wanted for the sale and dealt with everything really smoothly. He was on hand to deal with any of my 100+ questions no problem and was really easy to get on with. Have nothing but excellent feedback for Niall from Remax! My partner and I had viewed our perfect house and had our offer for it accepted pending ours selling and had only 6 weeks to get our house valued, on the market and sold! So we were very pushed for time and a bit worried that we wouldn’t be able to do it. We had initially viewed another estate agent but they were very unenthusiastic so we asked around and were recommended Remax. Right from the start Niall was extremely enthusiastic and confident that ours would sell within the 6 weeks, which was very reassuring! Niall was excellent in terms of being contactable he was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him and he was always keeping in contact with ourselves so we always felt in the loop and up to date. In just 9 days Niall had our house on the market and sold!! We also originally had a price for our house we were selling in mind based on what we were told by the previous estate agent. However, when we told Niall this price he was shocked at how low it was and he was able to get our house sold for £30,000 over what we were originally quoted by a previous estate agent! We couldn’t of imagine it would have went as smoothly as it did. We are so glad we chose Remax, we were worried at the start that we would lose our dream house due to the short time but right from the start Niall was reassuring and made the entire process completely stress free!
