GoogleCan’t recommend Remax enough, particularly Carol Lawton. She overseen the purchase of my mums new home and sold her old one. This has been an exceptionally difficult time for our family, but Carol made it really easy and her down to earth approach made it stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, and always kept her promise to keep in touch. Thank you again, for making this transition for my mum hassle free.

GoogleWe contacted Simon a few weeks before putting our house on the market and he explained a great strategy around advertising and viewing being managed on our behalf whilst we were on holiday. The process was extremely professional and 8 days after viewing commenced we agreed an offer. Having access to the portal meant that we were aware of and received feedback on every viewing remotely. Simon followed up with texts at my request so as not to interfere with our break. This level of bespoke service made the whole process stress free and I cannot recommend Remax Livingston highly enough.

GoogleLauren Beresford, Remax, was absolutely amazing through the whole process, gave advice prior to putting the house up for sale, was available to talk through any queries we had, did the house viewings and liaised where necessary right up to the date of sale and handover, cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and dedication. Would have no hesitation in recommending her for anyone considering putting their house on the market, she definitely makes it a lot easier and stress free.

GoogleWas keen to view a property Howe Simon indicated that the owner would not accept any less than home report even though the house needs upgrading and an en-suite, surely this would reflect on the home report value, I personally thought that Simon should have left that decision to the person buying, after all a house is only worth what the buyer is willing to pay at the end of the day, I thought Remax did not entice me as a potential buyer to progress a sale.
Hi Steve, As I had dealt with you at another property I was advising you that in this instance rather than waste your time and mine carrying out a viewing if you were going to offer less than home report ,I would advise you up front that the seller had made it crystal clear to me that they would not accept less than home report. You then decided not to view this particular property. Your are more than welcome to view any of our properties and I we did still call you to arrange a viewing on the property after our discussion but you declined as you were aware the seller would not accept less than home report value as they are intitled to do so. GoogleHOUSE SOLD IN 24 HOURSE!!!! I made contact via the website late at night not expecting anything back until the next day but Niall McCabe, text within 5 minutes to say thank you for my enquiry and that he would phone tomorrow to book me in for a proper appointment. As promised the very next day Niall called booked me in and popped out on the Saturday to do the initial viewing. I can’t praise this chap enough highly professional throughout even my dog liked him and he can be funny with strangers. He took the time to answer all my questions even the daft ones I was so nervous about putting my house on the market he put my mind at ease. If I sent a text he always responded very quickly and professionally. NOW THE BEST BIT MAN SOLD MY HOUSE IN 24 HOURS! I can’t thank Niall enough. My only gripe was the solicitors they recommend W&AS Bruce in Broxburn I personally wouldn’t touch them I have nothing but negativity to say about them but I’m not going to spoil this review talking about them I will do a separate one for them.
