I decided to sell my property with Niall McCabe from Remax after initially being impressed with him whilst he was working with another agency and I was on the search for a property. Although I didn’t purchase a house with him, I knew if I was to ever sell in the future it had to be with Niall. Niall really makes the whole daunting process of selling your house for the first time an ease. He did me a really good deal, liaised with me during the whole process of marketing so I could be a part of it. He sold my house within two days, and for over the home report value and I believe purely how he markets his properties for sale is the reason it did so well. I’d highly recommend Niall to anyone, and I’ve made a really good friend in the process of it all. We’ve kept in constant communication. Thanks again Niall, much appreciated!

Good but not great. Estate agent kept moving/hiding things in our house for veiwings despite being told not to. Once we'd accepted an offer on our house it took the buyer (who was also using remax) a further 2 weeks to put thier house on the market which delayed us. This then took a further month before it sold. On the day of the move we kept receiving phone calls from our agent asking if our buyer could come up and place things in our garage (despite being told no as the money for the sale hadn't been transfered), this happened 3 times (should of only had to tell her no once!). The guy who came to put the for sale sign up couldn't have been more useless. We have a wall with holes in it where he could of cable tied the sign too... but no, what he decided to do was bring out a MASSIVE drill and drill a hole in the middle of the grass leaving a pile of dirt in the garden of a house we were trying to sell. I phoned the agent to explain this to her he'd already phoned her and made up a story that I was out giving him abuse when I wasn't. He then came back to the house later on and asked me and this is a direct quote "where to you want your sign since you aren't happy with it?!". He then went into his van and low and behold pulled out cable ties and attached it to the wall. I'm completely confused that IF he had cable ties in his van all along why he thought drilling a big hole in the grass and leaving a pile of mud at a house we were trying to sell was the best idea. Overall the service was friendly but due to the above mentioned i cannot recommend this company.

We met Derrick Mooney by chance at a house viewing. We didn’t buy the house but we were so impressed by Derrick’s warmth and professionalism, we contacted him later to sell my mum’s property. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made regular trips from Livingston to Kinross for viewings as the house was empty. Derrick secured the sale and at a great price, we were delighted with Temax from start to finish.

Ive been dealing with remax since april/may 2021 , and have had no issues whatsoever with there company, from helping with getting house ready for renting, through ro renting with tem for 4 years ive found them always helpful and answer any questions always on the ball , never a problem to answer my calls or txt or emails any time, when I decided to sell the house in April this year I had no hesitation to use them for this service ive had a few people assisting over the years sharon Campbell, lorna Lucy and rodaigh ro name a few and the girls in office who have also taken many calls n answered what they could to help all very helpful no issues with anything, my wee house sold this month which is a sad ending not only with the sale of my first sole property but the ending of what I can only describe a wee extension friends family who have help me so much as I have no clue what I was doing, thanks ro a lovely bunch at remax for all your help lyndsey x

From the initial phone call Simon and his team were very processional in all of the interactions with us. All arrangements were may to suite our requirements rather than at times to fit in with an established. Simon's initial visit was prompt, he viewed the house ,advised on a couple of checks we should carry out before the surveyor's visit and clearly outlined the procedure for viewings and the cost of the RE/MAX service. His estimation of the value of the property turned out to be spot on. the arrangements for viewing were made promptly and scheduled to minimise the disruption to our selves.All appointments were confirmed by text and email which is great. finalising the selection of which offer to accept was also greatly helped with Simon's advice and knowledge of the market. We have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team as they would be our first choice should we need to sell in the future.

Absolutely horrific experience thanks to Lauren Beresford. I put in an offer for the house of my dreams which was accepted. The offer was then rejected because Lauren had a tantrum about not getting to sell my house. She decided to tell her client that this would be detrimental as she would then have no control over my sale. Unprofessional, unethical, immature and despicable behaviour from someone who had no right whatsoever to interfere the way she did and change someone's life plans. Reported for misconduct!

EXCELLENT service from Re/Max's Lauren Beresford who gave a professional and personalised service from start to completion, she was highly organised and dependable. She explained the whole process, was always there at the end of the phone even out of office hours, and responded promptly to my texts/emails. She coordinated everything for the sale - photographer (who did a great job!) and survey - and got it marketed really fast. Selling your home is so stressful, but she offered reassurance and calm when I was losing it!!! Lauren showing viewers round my home when I wasn't there felt a bit strange, but probably the best way to market a property that allows viewers to have a better experience. Time from having the photos and home report done to accepting an offer was under three weeks. I could possibly have have got my home marketed for less, but you get what you pay for and I got a quality service. Thank you to Lauren, she was a star.
