GoogleThis place names Opto Village in Luton, is really the best if you are a new mover and dont prefer living in a isolated place. Too good with facilities like in-built Gym, ping pong, billiard, cinema, play stations and study rooms. I really love the cleanliness and way they respond to fix the queries. Too good as a package.

Used to live here, money grabbers, tried to claim all my deposit when there was nothing wrong, got it back through the tribunal, building management sucks, wifi it crap, rude customer service, took them 2 months to replace a broken shelf in my fridge which was there when I moved in and 3 weeks to fix my hob, also broke before moving in,Concierge are rude.

Enquired about a studio asked several times about how much deposit I have to pay etc and constantly got thrown questions at me still haven’t been able to get an answer to my question. Been told I have to pay holding deposit of £807 which is illegally as a holding deposit can be up to one weeks rent! I’m not sure if your staff lack basic communication and fail to understand what I’m saying or your staff are just stupid and useless. Ahah jokes on you anyways I’m no longer interest you won’t be getting any money of me and I’m glad I’ve read your reviews seems like it’s a scam!They don’t even have a bloody contact number have to contact them on email. Stay away and save your money!
