My daughter rented a room on The Exchange throughout the year she had many issues with hot water wifi,leaks and she complained yet nothing was done to rectify ot and after leaving they find minor issues like dust particles,mark on wall and deduct half the deposit without any proof,i will be taking this matter up legally as what there doing is clearly illegal.

GoogleI am a landlord and Urban Evolution manage my property. I recommend them very highly to other such landlords. They have done a wonderful job of finding tenants for me, even during COVID, with minimum void periods. All of the staff have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever to much to ask. The costs are very reasonable, for the service provided. I have other properties, with other agents and I will now be transferring all my properties to Urban Evolution. GoogleUrban Evolution is very professional. I always got best services. Very satisfied with the management services. Only one experience of charging too much for Luton council selective licenses fee was too much. They could have refunded some part. Overall I am very happy to have them managing my units. Hope they will refund some part of selective licenses fee .

GoogleFranco the doorman is always friendly and helpful. Never any issues and always a pleasure to speak with when passing through reception. Both cleaners clean the building to a great standard. I only know one of their names, Mia, but both are very friendly when I've spoken with them in the hallways and both do a great job.

This is a fraudulent company!!! Stay away from them, they made me pay the holding deposit for the flat they didn’t even manage!!! Additionally the agreement contract was sent with the details of the landlord that wasn’t even using their services. After the incident they stopped answering my calls or emails. The worst experience of letting agent in my life. I strongly advice everyone not to use their services as they fraud people.
