l recently listed my Property for Sale with Sutton Kersh,West Derby l can honestly say the Experience has been Beyond my Expectations.That being from the Marketing, Sales, Viewings and above all Communication with myself. The Company itself has gone Above and Beyond to achieve a Quick Sale and the best Price possible in this current market. Which they achieved My House Sold on the First Day of viewing with full asking price. Thanks to Ethan, Sales Coordinator and his Marketing Skills. Which was overseen by Mark the Manager. who both are Excellent in their Manner and Profession. Mark the Manager is a Peoples Person and has such a Lovely Manner when dealing with the public As well as his viewing teams I am so glad l chose Sutton Kersh West Derby to sell my property. And l have since noticed that other Sellers on our estate have also switched and listed their Properties with SK, and also switching from existing real estate to SK I would rate this Company SK West Derby a 110% Thanks to all the team Mark, Ethan, Chloe ,Beth, Fay, Joshua ,Mary. A Job well done. We were recently forced to rent a home due to delays building our new build in a market where rental prices are high and available properties few and far between. Having made an appointment for a Sutton Kersch representative to visit and evaluate my property - but I received a brush off call on the day of the scheduled visit - basically telling me that a previous valuation that was made in 2024 stood - Well I understand this particular representative maybe a busy lady but this is a poor way to treat any prospective client- basic manners say an appointments made should be kept.

Disappointing Service and Poor Communication

Our experience with Sutton Kersh has been extremely disappointing. We expected a professional and transparent service when letting our property, but this was not delivered. Communication has been inconsistent, and key details were either misrepresented or not disclosed, leading to unnecessary stress and complications for both us as the landlord and the tenants looking to move in. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process, and their actions limited our options without proper consultation. Additionally, we felt unsupported in resolving issues, with poor handling of tenant relationships adding further frustration. Overall, the service fell far below the standard we were promised, although resolved in the end we feel very let down by their approach. We would not recommend Sutton Kersh based on our experience.
