Looking for a property to rent in the City Centre, spoken to Mary in Lettings and she has registered my details, and talked me through all the requirements needed to get a property (different requirements needed as I am self employed). Still waiting for other agents to get back to me. Proactive and helpful in Sutton Kersh City Centre. Very impressed.

I totally disagree with big companies selling our Welsh heritage to people who have no intention of living on these premises all year round, therefore leaving a tragic amount housing shortages for people born and bred in the area

YellAvoid at all costs!
I have never experienced such appalling customer service from a company. Extremely inefficient, rude staff who fail to listen and require multiple prompts to respond to emails and provide a basic level of service. To any landlord considering this company, look elsewhere.

Awful expect £100 management fees per month for a none working security gate, gardeners mowing a already short lawn and window cleaners to appear once every year. Biggest rip off merchants.

YellAvoid Sutton Kersh City Centre!!!
Not even worth one star. They will charge you with lots of reasons. Low efficiency in replying email. Missed appointments. Harsh phone attitude. If you are looking to let your property, find other companies instead of Sutton Kersh.
