GoogleDon't buy any off plan properties from this company - The pictures they showed you are not the same as what you get. Lucky one person on here said they got there money back lucky for them. I have ended up with a place not fit to rent ,lots of repairs needed . And valve went right down .Grattan house. Place so bad council closed it down.Don't buy any off plan properties from this company - lI would not recommend this company . And the developer is GJR developers. Don't buy any off plan properties from this company

GoogleMe and my wife invested in 2018 via RW invest in 2 off-plan projects in Liverpool. We were promised to having assured return and trusted developer…. None has happened as the so called trusted developer went into administration and he is a limited company… What is more surprising that my own off plan purchase wasn’t registered in the land registry and I was surprised that I got to know from the administration management that the same apartment was registered under a different name before me in 2017!!!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , 1- When I purchased the property, the project was supposed to be finalized by September 2019 which is far away from covid time. 2- RW invest knew that this development was with another developer but for some reasons the initial developer didn’t even build 1 floor. 3- my unit 320 was sold to someone else’s name in December 2017 as per land registry. RW invest didn’t inform me that it was sold to someone else. 4- when I bought the same unit it was never registered in land registry to secure my investment through the appointed solicitor. 5- what a coincidence that the same solicitor ceased trading prior administration and RW invest appointed another solicitor that hasn’t even registered my purchased unit in land registry. 6- I did pay 75% of the full amount and all my money were disappeared. Audience those are pure facts.

GoogleWorst company ever stay away!! Lost thousands on development and bought 3 units! After investigating the company they look like they are in money laundering setting up companies and starting them at the tax year and then closing them down just before it ends. I've found this for at least 3 business for Alexander Hamm on Companies House. I would advise doing your due diligence before as the sales are trained to get you over the line as quick as possible (DO NOT FOOL FOR THE CHARM) Once your sale is in it's then passed over to post sales who never answer your emails or return your calls!!

GoogleI would not trust this company. They remove every negative review without giving feedback. I've lost over £70k with this company they are frauds. I'm getting the FCA to look into them and open a case so I can get my money back it's appalling. Sales are quick to get you over the line and then once over no contact from any of the team I would not believe the lies of this corrupt company, they are pirates and will steal your money. You need to look into the company and do your due diligence I've requested Michael Gledhill and Sascha Hamms's email and the team has failed to give it to me for my money back or give any reply!!

GoogleA fantastic experience from start to finish. Our initial contact with Ben (sales team) was brilliant, he has great knowledge of the project, development location and the investment opportunity. He has been in constant contact and consistently goes over and above to support the customs needs. An absolute credit to the company and certainly will be referring him on to friends and family who are interested in property investments. Kudos also to Daniel (support team) who has also been very responsive when we have emailed and contacted.
