Get your very own slow service, slow communication and unsatisfactory experience here! Enjoy having to call multiple times over basic issues, whether maintenance or administration! But don’t worry - it still won’t get sorted! You can just put up with it, and the rude staff who answer the phone! We just go through the landlord directly - so if you want inefficiency and to waste some money, this is the place for you!A football club might actually be more pain-free?So if you want useless, inefficient and terrible customer service, die inside with Move Residential today!

Move Residential Lettings

Move Residential have been my letting agent for my property for nearly the last five years. I have been very impressed by their professionalism in their duties as letting agents which has made my life as a landlord almost stress-free. Recently, due to normal wear and tear, repairs needed to be done to the property. Move Residential coordinated with me and the tenants to ensure the repairs were done smoothly and timely with minimum disruption to the tenants.My special thanks must go to Ethan Rodd who took time to personally inspect the repairs needed and provide professional advice and guidance to expedite the jobs undertaken. I used move residential after a bad experience with another agents. They were great. It was my first time selling a house and they made the process a lot more bearable. Selling a house during Covid was more stressful than usual but I was constantly reassured and at ease. My enquiries were always responded to quickly so I always knew where I was at. Exceptional Customer Service

We sold our house with Move Residential eighteen months ago, we were so impressed with the service we received, therefore had no hesitation to appoint Move Residential again for the sale of a rental property we own. I can’t praise Move Residential highly enough, from the beginning of the process, David was knowledgeable, reassuring and managed our expectations, he had a sound knowledge of the area which enabled him to give us a realistic valuation. Once the property went on the market, Jack became our main contact, he was amazing, I can’t thank him enough for his proactive approach, sound advice and support. He kept us constantly updated on viewings, offers, and took the pressure off us, he used his vast experience and knowledge to guide us through the process. Once we had a buyer we were passed to the after sales team and Lee became our contact, again I can’t praise him highly enough, he was always there when we needed him, he kept in regular contact, answered any questions we had and was a great support to us. Used the Allerton Road branch in Liverpool and they were the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. if you do decide to deal with them whatever you do don't use their mortgage broker Andrew Stoddart, promises you the world but is very unreliable, he doesn't respond to messages or come up with the goods, full of empty promises! Move Residential have lost a sale and I've now bought a property with Jones Chapman who are a much more reliable and organised company who put me in touch with an excellent mortgage broker and we're about to complete with no issues

I booked a valuation for my property having spoken to move residentials mortgage advisor... Rob Kalikin the senior valuer who i had the appointment with was absolutely outstanding! An EA that doesn’t employ just any sales person, fantastic team…

After having several sales and purchase offers fall through we decided to come off the market then try with a new EA. We chose Move Residential for 2 reasons, firstly because it didn’t sound like a sales pitch when we discussed the sale of the property and secondly their innovative way of charging commission. Throughout the whole process calls were followed up, reps knew exactly where we were with the sale and they are just a great bunch of people. I couldn’t ask for more! All team was incredibly supportive starting with the viewing until I get to see the keys from my first house in the hand! They made everything look easy and they were extremely patient with me as a first time buyer. I’ve been asked if I have a mortgage advisor and because I didn’t had one, I’ve asked them to recommend one for me. They recommended David and… David is more than I could ask for! He found the best mortgage for me and worked in my best interest. Overall, the best possible experience that I could have!
