Entwistle Green/ Countrywide supposedly manage my rental property, however they do not respond to emails, or voicemail have not responded to my requests for updates on rent payments but still take their commission. Maybe this will provoke some response from Nicolette Ford or Siobahn Hill Update, .now getting some response from Nicolette and have been given direct line for contact. Fingers crossed the issues will now be resolved. Extra star for starting to make the effort.

We had sold our house & were moving from another city so we had to rent while the purchase was going through. Daniel and the team were always on hand with updates & progress. Anyone who has had to buy or rent a property will know the reputation estate agents have. My past experiences where not good either However I can honestly say how impressed I was with the service at E.G. It was the simple no nonsense approach and the professionalism that made my house sale painless. The processional photographer was a great boost to selling as he showed my house in its best light. I could believe my house was sold within 24 hours and no drama or widow shoppers either! Thanks to Gemma, Dan and the team!

I had some bad luck when purchasing a different property through an agent in Liverpool and after 7 months of proceeding with a sale, I had to pull out (for various reasons) and start my search again. I registered with Entwistle Green (11 Dale Street branch) and instantly felt that they were determined to find me a property, after explaining my difficulties on the last attempt. Ayden and Gemma kept me informed with any new properties coming onto the market and we eventually found one that suited my needs. From start to finish, the service from Entwistle Green was very impressive. I had no issues and although the sale took longer to go through than expected, due to COVID-19, they assured me that once restrictions were lifted, they would push forward for completion. Overall 5* service from Entwistle Green and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them! Due to their professionalism, I decided to pass the purchased property to their lettings team and Leah has also done a fantastic job with that. Excellent and attentive service and a satisfactory outcome I received excellent service from Entwistle Green. On first contact they were prompt in providing an evaluation and in preparing sales information for my property. During the sales process they were attentive and kept me informed on all viewings and feedback. There was courteous and friendly service and sound advice at every stage of the process. Last but not least they achieved a sale at the asking price in what I know were difficult market conditions. I previously had contact with a number of other estate agents in the area. On the basis of that comparison, if you are looking for an estate agent and unsure which to choose I am very happy to recommend this firm.

We had a bit of a rocky house purchase but between our solicitors, Entwistle and the sellers themselves everything got pressed and eventually sorted. Jamie made things easy to chase up and we moved in happily the other day. Picking up the keys was easy and hassle free after everything was sorted by the team. My only complaint against the estate agent was a few sky advertisement emails they sent me although I think these were from corporate so won't dock them any stars for this. Overall, I'm very happy with the estate agents and would recommend them highly.

I met Gale from Enwhistle Green estate agency at the viewing in Liverpool city centre very popular area. That flat wasn't right, but it seems that I met the right agent! Gail is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowlegeable, understanding and reassuring - it is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach when you're experiencing cviewings and have to make an important decision fast. Gail is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. You can not fake it.Gail professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually offered me 2 other properties from Entwistle Green portfolio - both of them was suitable for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find). It seems like Gail has a special vision to get you what you want! With Gail assistance I put an offer for one, and it was accepted very quickly, the manager was on the phone with me to confirm in 10 min after I put the holding deposit, it was after the end of business hours in the evening. The team behind Gail is understanding and considerable, I feel very greatful to each of them. If you need to find your new place to rent in Liverpool I would highly recommend to contact Entwistle Green dale street - I am sure he will win it for you like she won it for me.
