Leanne went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful process, even in the face of unforeseen challenges. We live at a considerable distance from the property, and it seemed daunting to manage everything remotely. However, from the moment we connected with Leannne, we knew we were in safe hands. She took on the responsibility of project managing the property, which proved to be a lifesaver. One of the significant hurdles we encountered was an unreliable builder who failed to complete the necessary work. But Leanne handled the situation with utmost professionalism and resourcefulness. She not only coordinated with other trades people but also found alternative solutions to any problems promptly, ensuring that our property was ready for potential tenants. Throughout the process, Leanne kept us informed and updated on every step. I have had a number of issues with Entwistle Green on the whole. I have to give credit where it is due however Jordan Geyser is an absolute asset to Entwistle Green. He is responsive, and thinks outside of his own silo and really helped me by connecting with the team who are dealing with the external maintenance (or there lack of) and the impact this on my own building. He has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough

The only problem we had was our understanding of the paperwork involved, but the staff at this branch were excellent in explaining everything we needed to know. They all went the extra mile when it came to giving us all the help we required. Also we were running late for viewing the apartment and the representative waited for us. Bit of a long story but in short it's a very unprofessional office to deal with, best to avoid them. We were looking to advertise our apartment for sale and dealt with Gemma in November. She was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a valuation figure for our apartment. Gemma went on maternity leave in December and left us in the hands of her colleague Ayden. Ayden was very absent minded, didn't respond to emails and failed to return calls and just seem generally disinterested in our property. We provided marketing photos, a detailed description from when the property was advertised for let and Gemma's valuation for sale so all Ayden needed to do was get our paperwork in order and compile a sales advert. Long story short, due to Ayden's delays and lack of professionalism the property didn't go online when had hoped. We were keen to have the property advertised over the Christmas period as we were told online views doubled over this period and I spelt this out for Ayden and asked if he could ensure the advertisement was ready and everything could go online in time, he said it was no problem. Just before Christmas I spoke to Ayden to check if everything was ready and Ayden needed one last bit of paperwork then it could go online, I told him I'd send it later that day to enable it to be online before Christmas which he was fine with. I sent the last email to Ayden only to have an out of office automated bounce back to say he was on leave until the new year. It was disappointing because all he had to do was manage our expectations from the outset and be clear about what he could or couldn't deliver in line with our expectations. We decided to use another agent and I provided this feedback to Ayden via email but never received a reply. We have now heard he has been speaking negatively about us to our neighbours. Very unprofessional.

I engaged Gemma to sell my apartment. I selected her over other estate agents because of her knowledge of the property and my perception that she is a no-nonsense agent who is capable of banging (solicitor’s) heads together to get the job done. She got the apartment listed in very short order with a quality on-line brochure, and the property sold within a week of the listing. Unfortunately, I had only a very limited benefit of Gemma experience because she went on extended maternity leave early in the (5-1/2 month) conveyancing process. Daniel took up the baton. I found him to be very helpful in keeping me informed of the machinations of the very difficult and obstinate buyer’s conveyancer. He was always very polite and responsive to my frustrations. Daniel was always responsive to my emails. It was sometimes difficult to reach him by phone, however. Entwistle do not have a voicemail system. Perhaps they should consider equipping each agent with a “works” mobile phone.

There was once a 5 star review in place for the kind customer service of Lauren Winstanley who has now left the company. Upon our moving out, we have dealt with the incompetency of the team here at Entwistle Green Dale Street. Between the shared dissatisfaction of both me and my partner as tenants and the landlord who also aired this concern; this agency has managed to breach our contract, not provide us with a DPC, and during the referencing period they failed to efficiently complete and handle basic emails from a new agency which had to be navigated by myself. Unless you would like to do most work for this embarrassing 'estate agency' who charge a premium rent rate compared to its competitors, I would instead look elsewhere.
