This sale due to legal complications went on for 13 months. despite this little hip-cup Gemma and her team were constantly on the ball chasing all parties involved all the time. I used Entwistle Green to purchase a new property. When I had a bid rejected for one property then contacted me a few days later regarding a new property on the market I might be interested in. I viewed the property the following day and had my bid accepted. The agent I dealt with to compete the purchase, Jamie was very helpful and always available when I needed assistance. I’d recommend them in future for any buyer/seller.

Hello Sara Your representative contacted me some weeks ago and advised that there was nothing they could do. I feel I am entitled for compensation for the distress, anxiety and wasted time that I was forced to endure - you had no contingency for such a dilemma and had my 6 months rent up front so I couldn't even withhold it DREADFUL!! Today (15/02/2017) I received my full deposit back from “My deposits”. The adjudication officers decision was that I was entitled to the full amount Thankfully I was able to produce all my emails to verify that I complained about the condition of the flat even prior to my moving in A previous leak had left water damage to the skirting The leak had not been fixed adequately and consequently the flat was damp with extensive black mould The washing machine/dryer did not work and hadnt been PAT tested for over 6 years There were numerous other problems and Entwistle Green persistently reported that they were unable to contact the landlord!! However, they managed to agree a figure of £615 for repairs that was to be taken from the deposit!! It has taken 5 months to for this to be settled and please if you accept a tenancy from this company EMAIL EVERYTHING

Danielle has been brilliant at responding to requests and complaints and always follows things up with the management company / landlord (who are, unfortunately, not as diligent as she is!!).
