GoogleEG at Maghull worked hard to get through a difficult and protracted sale. Georgia and Sarah did their utmost to progress the sale with the buyer and liaise with the legal teams. I found the EG team to be very approachable and could rely on Georgia to keep me up to date particularly when there was limited communication from the legal team. I would recommend EG at Maghull.

GoogleWe approached Entwistle Green Maghull as they had a property for sale which we were interested in ......from the point of contact to the completion of the property the staff were soooo nice and efficient, even after the sale the staff were so helpful. Even if we needed to communicate with the vendor the staff were so helpful. Thank you

GoogleThis was my first letting as a landlord, I had done a lot of research and had several agency’s to the property to compare what they offered but more importantly their professionalism with regard to managing my property. Tom and team found a suitable tenant in a matter of days and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I am new to this, based on my experience to date i would recommend Tom and the team.

Eve was very helpful, has a friendly personality and gave us the information that we needed at the time. When she said she would ring us back she did. She knows that we wanted 10 Ronwood instead of the one in town and informed us straight way that it was available. All staff were great as well.

First valuation was cancelled by them as it was apparently booked, under the wrong branch, only told on the morning of the valuation , second valuation missed as valuer was ill, told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for another booking. Didn't want to take the chance as I'd already taken two days off work for them. Understand people get ill but when you've let someone down twice you move them to the head of the queue not keep them waiting for another 2 weeks.

There tenants next to use have been the worst in civilised people I have seen in my life. They have smashed up there property drugs on the street police have been involved more times then I count absolute living hell for over 5 years. But somehow these people think it's fine to keep such an abusive rough tenant in the same property. Were sick to death of them. Weve complained so many times to them and police nothing gets done. There tenant dings loudly all day of the top of her voice were fed up. I will be taking legal action against this agancy

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Entwistle Green, particularly with an agent named Joe Jaison. I arranged to rent a property through them and paid both the deposit and the first month’s rent after viewing the house with Joe. He showed me the property, and everything was discussed clearly or so I thought.

GoogleGeorgia dealt with the sale of our house in Maghull. She was efficient, friendly and polite. When i had doubts she immediately acted in order to clear up queries and chased lawyers, buyer and other estate agent's. Due to living abroad, it was very important to have a responsible person who kept me updated by regular emails and calls and also regulated viewing and buyers visits for me. Very grateful and satisfied with the service received.

I was recommended by an agency Get Agent (where you can compare different agencies) to contact Entwistle Green as I want to find out about either letting or selling my property in Liverpool City Centre. I spoke to a lady on Wednesday and said that I would like to arrange a combined viewing for letting and sales and she gave me some slots. I then spoke to my managing agent and asked him to be present at the property at the time we arranged also confirmed with Entwistle (Kelis Rogers). I not only spoke to her on the phone, I was then sent an email and two text messages to confirm that Sophie Marlow will be visiting. My agent waited for them for sometime and they never turned up. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they weren't coming, but finally when I called them and asked them what happened and why no one turned up - that lady had the audacity to tell me that I hadn't confirmed. I was aghast. Instead of apologising that they decided not to turn up, they actually blamed me after the appointment had been confirmed on 4 occasions. I still cant believe they blatantly lied to me on my face. Definitely avoid. And when I came to do a review of this agency - I saw that their rating is 2.6 - which says a lot.

First I left a message on Rightmove asking them not to call during the day and they promptly did. Then I've left them multiple messages asking them to email me about a house without my number and they can't be bothered responding. Useless!

Old Swan Branch - As a company they are abhorent and make the process for first time buyers stressful and difficult. Rang up for several properties, no viewings offered as was supposedly under offer, took copious amounts of information, offered a paid package to search and offer first viewing options before properties come on the market. Bombarded me daily with sales pitches and mortgage advise deals emails and other nonsense. I have continued to block and report. Money hungry scammers.

GoogleYou have to use their mortgage provider or they aren't Interested. They wouldn't set up a viewing for my mates girlfriend because she said they already had mortgage set up with nationwide then when my mate managed to get a viewing on a different property and wanted to put an offer in they do it wouldn't because he didn't go with their mortgage. So if you have your own mortgage set up avoid.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENT AGAIN, so unprofessional and unorganised and the most rudest women who deals with deposits. I had lived in my little flat for nearly 13 years very happily only be told that the owner was wanting to sell, this isnt the issue, the issue is how i was managed by the Allerton Road branch and the rude and obnoxious the lady who deals with deposits. i spent many hours cleaning the apartment before leaving and had photographic evidence of this only to receive a report to the contrary saying it was dirty dusty and in a state of disrepair, i looked after this property whilst there and it was spotless when i left. I really want to make a complaint about the whole thing but i cant find an email address to contact.

This letting agency is the worst, I was booked in for a viewing, when I got there nobody showed up, I spend over 30mins waiting and they still didn’t show up , I tried calling and they didn’t even pick to atleast explain to me why they didn’t show up , run from them guys !!!

Dreadful. Told us that we had to be there in person to view properties when we're trying to move from another city and work full time so we can't go in person. Won't do virtual viewings or phone calls for us and won't accept offers without viewing the property first. Shambles. How do people move cities when they can't be at all accommodating for anyone else's needs? Embarrassing company and embarrassing policies. Totally unhelpful staff who just sigh down the phone at you. Makes moving so much more stressful when it's completely unnecessary. Just offer virtual viewings!Edit: made the long trip for a viewing. They didn't even bother to show up. This was after changing the time at the last minute and getting our booking wrong multiple times.
